Zac, Dustin and Diane spent their spring break at our house. We always have so much fun with them and hate it when they leave! There was a lot of time spent playing Rock Band, Zac went skiing two days, he toured U of U and UVU, we ate, we shopped, we watched movies, we played games, we giggled, and we barely slept! We have the rest of our life to get sleep! Our whole family loves these guys, we did miss Ryan though! Isaac was very excited that Zac was coming because he wanted to get to know him better!

SERIOUSLY?????
McKayla has been SO anti-pictures for about 10 years now. She has really loathed them and they have stressed her out to the point of refusal of family pictures this year. She hates the way she looks in them and always says how gross she is after taking pictures. Well.... Travis convinced her, by bribing her with $100, to have Heather take her Senior pictures for us. After a few months of saying no, she finally agreed and called Heather to arrange it. Then she got totally into her outfits and she and Sab made several trips to the mall to find just the right things. Heather picked out this great place and we all headed down for the photo shoot. She was not stressed out at all and was excited to wear her new outfits. Heather did a wonderful job of letting McKayla be herself but also pose her just the right way that was so flattering. They all turned out SO STINKING BEAUTIFUL!!!! Sorry about the quantity of the pictures but I couldn't decide which ones to pick. Most of all, McKayla was so happy about how they turned out, I think it is a huge turning point for her and pictures. Thankfully because she has always been so beautiful and very photogenic, even as a little girl.
The red high heals were her $100! Well spent money for a good bribe!!! Love my Red Dawg!
Happy Birthday Travis!
He had been looking at this little honey for his office so we went and picked it up and he and C.C. assembled it. It is perfect for what he needs it for.
Phill and Janet invited us to see "Unknown" and then to an early dinner. We headed to Texas Roadhouse and of course they brought out the saddle, upon my request. :)
We had a party for him on Sunday and had friends and family over for cake. It was quite the bonfire when all the candles were lit. 45 years old. Thank you Carma for having Travis! Don't know what I would do without him.

The Darnedest Things Go On At Our House!
Snow! Beautiful and lots of it. You might be thinking "so what, you live in Utah!" Correct but it's like the end of February and it was 50 degrees last week. Anyway I was like a little kid when I woke up to this pile. It really was beautiful! Travis was wondering what I was smoking that day because he said that a nice green, lush lawn would be more exciting to him.
I love it, but I didn't get to play in it or even shovel.
Travis and C.C. spent a saturday making this little honey. Hmmmm, ya it does look like a hangman set up. We are just fed up with the kids and nothing is working anymore!!!! Not, it's for C.C.'s dog to hang off and jump up to.
My cake for the Scout Cake Auction. It started out going to be a 3 layer checkerboard cake, they are so cool. But since the white cake was a hater and when I went to put on the second layer it fell apart into 4000 pieces. So I just blew and scraped off the one that was ruined and added the other layer. It was so lame and BORING that I had to run grab some Peeps and crushed up some Heath bar to jazz it up. I was totally embarrassed to even claim it but it went for like $300 cub bucks so it worked out even though it was really a flop.
Isaac was asked to make a poster to spotlight him for school and this is what we came up with. All of his favorites!
This is the kind of thing that Isaac does when I drag him to "GIRL STORES". He amuses himself and gets creative. Whatever makes it easier on me, right?
After Isaac being seriously sick for 10 days straight, right in the middle of it Sabrina sprained her ankle. I was totally fine the night she did it besides it hurting pretty badly there was no swelling at all but the next morning it was the size of a baseball. So she and Isaac took care of each other all week while I was at work.
If I would have only known how much joy a TEA KETTLE would have brought to her I would have gotten it long ago.
We gathered up all of the knives and other weapons in the house and this was it! Wow, you would think we are all in training for serial killing or something.
This used to be a chocolate kiss from Grandma Chapman for Valentine's Day. By the variety of teeth marks I think a few of the kids enjoyed it.
